How is Feel different from the rest?
We believe life can only be as good as we feel, so we wanted to make feeling good easy. We’re bringing function back to nutrition. Since our inception, we’ve had a holistic approach to mind and body wellness. We made a commitment to deliver consistency, quality and mindful nutrition in every bite. We found the perfect balance of protein, carbs and fats combined with functional doses of superfoods and adaptogens that fight stress, support immunity and boost focus so you can feel the difference.
Feel Bars are mindfully crafted with functional adaptogens that support mental well-being. Our products are 100% free of gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and grains. We also offer a variety of flavors and options for those with dietary restrictions. Our customer service team is always available to answer any questions you may have.
What are the ingredients?
Every mindful recipe starts with an organic high antioxidant blend of dates, pea protein, sunflower butter and coconut nectar. Our brain is nearly 60% fat so we threw in chia, hemp and pumpkin seeds for texture, and because our brains need healthy fat and omega-3’s and 6's to thrive.
Lions Mane is the most clinically proven and studied adaptogenic mushroom out there, some call it, the natural Adderall. It’s been proven to support memory and mental performance through neurogenesis, the reproduction of brain cells. We use 500mg of organic Lions Mane mushroom in our Focus Bar so you don’t have to be the awkward one who can’t remember someone's name to save their life.
Maca is an ancient Peruvian adaptogenic root that supports adrenal function, mood and energy. We use a functional dose of organic Maca root in our Balance Bar because we believe everyone needs a little balance.
Ashwagandha is an ancient Indian herb grown for over 5000 years that promotes mental well-being. We use a functional dose of Organic Ashwagandha in our Feel Restored Bar because it’s clinically proven to block cortisol in the brain, a.k.a. the stress hormone, and I think we could all benefit from a little less stress.
Turmeric is an ancient herb used in both Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine as a powerful anti-inflammatory. We infused our Golden Goodness with a functional dose of Organic turmeric and black pepper to increase its bio availability so you can reap and feel the benefits.
There is 65mg of natural caffeine in our Energize Bar because we want you to feel what a clean energy boost feels like. We use Matcha because unlike caffeine from coffee, matcha has L-theanine which helps regulate mood and provides sustained energy without the crash.
We decided to use a functional dose of Kava in our Calm Bar so you can tame that monkey mind of yours. Its active compounds called kavalactones have been used to treat a number of conditions, including anxiety, stress, and trouble sleeping.
We have a VERY strict protocol for ingredient quality and sourcing so we ensure all of our CoA's (certificate of analysis) are passing with flying colors! That includes screening for heavy metals and microbes. all in an effort to give you peace of mind 😌
We do not add any seed or inflammatory oils. The only oil in the bar is naturally occurring from the whole ingredients themselves. These contain sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts and chia seeds.
Should I keep them refrigerated?
One of the main reasons we keep Feel Bars refrigerated is because we refuse to use any chemical preservatives, emulsifiers or syrups to keep them fresh so we lean on refrigeration as a natural means of keeping them fresh.
No need for alarm, friends. Though we don't advise letting bars sit out in high heat, you won’t get sick if you eat them afterward. Just expect a little oil separation from our natural sunflower butter. Some people even prefer them warm, soft and chewy! 😛
What does "Feel the difference" mean?
How we feel is directly correlated to our performance, both mentally, and physically. We designed The Feel Bar to fuel the mind and body in ways no bar could. We mindfully crafted Feel Bars with real, whole food ingredients so you can feel the difference.
Are they Keto?
Yes! We prioritize healthy plant-based fats over dairy, gluten and grains. With each Feel Bar having between 7 to 9g of net carbs our recipes are well within the Keto framework.
Why/How did I start Feel?
After taking a deep dive, down health and nutrition, it was clear to me that healthy options were truly limited. The truth is, it’s hard to find a clean bar that tastes great without chemicals, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. I just wanted something clean with great macros, quality ingredients and something I would look forward to eating everyday.
I met someone in my life that I really cared about, however, she had a very sensitive stomach but an affinity for snacking. I made it my life’s mission to make a snack that would make her feel good, didn't upset her stomach and that she would enjoy everyday. Every day after work, I would spend hours in my mom‘s kitchen putting ingredients together until I found something truly delicious that left my stomach happy. I finalized the recipe, made some prototypes and contacted a local co-packer. I called on a bunch of local grocery stores and business owners until people found out about the Feel Bar, that's when I started growing and building the brand.

Lost packages

Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at support@thefeelbar.com or (734) 808-3398 within 4 hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors or building management, who may have collected the package for you.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.

How do I apply promo/discount codes?
To apply a promo or discount code:
If you received a discount code, just click the "Shop Now," "Redeem Now," “Apply Now,” or “Shop Now” button.” It will automatically apply to all of your items.
Also, please note that sometimes the discount codes do not work if you are ordering from a mobile device, using the app, or using Apple Pay to check out. It is better to use the website to avoid any of these issues, but please let us know if you continue to experience any problems moving forward.

Yes, depending on the promotion, they will automatically apply to subscription orders. You can enjoy the same savings and benefits on your subscription orders as on regular purchases.
Yes, our bars are vegan-friendly and do not contain any animal products.
Pre-orders for our bars are always available for purchase but may take weeks to go out of pre-order status. We are running through inventory like crazy due to high demand, so expect 1-3 week shipping for items on pre-order.
Yes, all Feel Bars are free from tree nuts, they are also made in a dedicated tree nut free facility!
